How does it work?
ComFact gives you the opportunity to put the employee on the job for an evaluation period of 90 days to 6 months without direct hire. After this period both the employee and employer are satisfied. The employee can assume a permanent position or remain on ComFact's payroll. For the initial 90 days to 6 months or more the employee is paid through ComFact.

Who is the employer?
Technically they are ComFact's employees, but they are under your direction and supervision. ComFact provides all payroll services including Work Compensation, Employment Insurance, Canadian Pension Plan, etc. Vacation pay is paid through their weekly pay checks. The percentage paid is based on you company's present program. ComFact also provides a general liability insurance.

What guarantee do I have the employee will stay with our company?
You have no guarantee. Most people may not be prepared to move their families away from their place of residence. The introduction to your business is the first step of their employment evaluation. The 90 days to 6 months period is designed to encourage the candidate to take the position without long term obligations. This period provides both parties with the opportunity to evaluate each other.

Does ComFact provide a rotational program?
ComFact enables companies like yours to have the right people on the job at all times. This is accomplished by hiring two employees working on a rotational basis. One is on the job while the other is home with their family. There is no increase in cost to your company and no disruption in production. This option is available in hiring a work crew as well.

How competitive is ComFact?
We are very competitive. Our existence is based on repetitive business ComFact's history has shown 9 out of 10 customers return to us annually.

What if I choose not to hire them permanently?
Your company has no obligation to hire any staff supplied on a permanent basis unless you choose to. All of our employees in white and blue collar positions are available on the job as needed and removed when projects are completed.
